Up to 33 storage vaults, subject to delinquencies being paid in full. Vaults will be opened at the time of auction as we get to that vault. Bidders will be given the opportunity to view each vault. Winning bidders pay CASH at the time they purchase PLUS $80 refundable deposit. Once you have cleared the vault of items and all debris you will receive your $80 deposit back upon request. All Vaults must be emptied on the day of auction with no exceptions. If you are unable to empty the vault you purchased by 6 PM on the day of the auction you will forfeit the items not removed and you will not receive your $80 deposit back.
