- Shipping is available for smaller items at your expense. We ship in-house for smaller items. For larger items, we will take them to SafeShip in Newport Ky and they will pack and ship for you at your expense.
- Pick up is October 27th from 10 AM - 6 PM and October 28 from 9 AM -1 PM. By appointment. SIgn up link provided on your invoice after the auction is completed. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will be turning over the keys to the house on Oct 28 and will no longer have access. If you can not pick up, or have someone pick up for you, we ask that you please do not bid.
