Everything must be picked up by 3 PM on July 13, 2023. The property has been sold and everything has to be removed by the designated time, no exceptions! Clyde (Pete) and Elnora Howe have sold their farm after 63 years. They are downsizing their household and farm equipment. The equipment has been well maintained. Several nice household items including Lazy Boy couch and chair, almost new. Also an unusual computer desk, very useful. Due to the property transferring on July 14, all items must be removed by 3 PM on July 13. There are no exceptions to the pickup time frame. If not removed by the designated time, all items will be forfeited.  We request the buyer of the tractor allow us to use it to load some of the equipment. Thank you!
