This is a large short notice auction. There are several large multi-item lots. Most items were not tested unless noted. All lots sell "As Is" and "Where is" with all faults. , you must take all items in the lot. We strongly encourage you to attend the auction preview to inspect before you bid. WE HAVE NO KEYS. You must come with enough help prepared to load your items. We will have a skid steer with forks and a forklift on site during pick-up times for heavy items. PLEASE schedule a pick-up time and adhere to that time as closely as possible. There will be NO SHIPPING offered for any items in this auction. With the number of items we have staged outdoors, parking will be very limited on pick-up days, pick-up appointments are required. All lots are subject to withdrawal or description changes at any time based on current available information. We strongly urge you to inspect the items during preview before you bid.
